How do Weavy credits work?
Credits power AI generations and scale with model complexity. Each plan includes a monthly allocation; high-fidelity models (e.g., Veo 3, Gen-4) consume more credits than lightweight inference tasks. Cost per generation is visible before execution — ensuring budget predictability.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Starter, Professional, and Team plans allow instant credit top-ups: $10 for 1,000 credits (Starter) or $10 for 1,200 credits (Professional/Team). Free plan users receive limited credits monthly and cannot purchase additional units.
Do unused credits roll over?
Base monthly credits reset on renewal. Purchased top-up credits remain active for 12 months — giving you flexibility to scale usage across projects and seasons.
Can I use Weavy outputs commercially?
Absolutely. All generated assets are yours — with full commercial rights, no attribution requirements, and zero platform claims. Weavy does not train on user data, and most integrated models are explicitly licensed for commercial deployment. Full model compliance details are published in the Trust Center.
How does Weavy protect my data?
Your prompts, images, and workflows are never used for model training or third-party sharing. Weavy employs encrypted storage, SOC-2-aligned infrastructure, and strict access controls. Only anonymized usage metadata is collected — solely to improve stability and performance.
What’s the refund and cancellation policy?
You may cancel anytime — your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. Within the first 7 days of sign-up, a full refund is available upon request if Weavy doesn’t meet your creative needs. No prorated refunds apply after this window.
Does Weavy offer training and support?
Yes — free weekly office hours, an expanding library of on-demand video courses, and a growing template marketplace are available to all users. Enterprise customers receive customized onboarding, dedicated technical account managers, and quarterly strategy workshops.
