Can someone else order the license on my behalf?
Yes, another person can order the license for you. The Gmail address provided in the order will be upgraded automatically.
How is support provided and what does it include?
Support is available via email at [email protected] for the duration of your support period, covering installation, licensing, and usage queries, but not customization or new feature requests.
What constitutes a user in terms of pricing?
A user is defined as a single Google Account email address. The add-ons are licensed per user and can be accessed on any computer as long as you are signed in with the same email address.
