What does MTU mean?
MTU = Monthly Tracked Users. It’s the count of unique individuals whose interactions with your product or website are captured and analyzed by Crowd each calendar month—calculated using deterministic identity stitching and privacy-compliant tracking.
What happens when I go over my MTU limit?
You’ll receive proactive alerts at 80% and 100% usage. If exceeded, overage is billed at $5 per additional 1,000 MTU—applied automatically at month-end. You can always upgrade mid-cycle to avoid overages.
