Do I lose ownership of my phone number when migrating to Wasapi?
No, Wasapi is just a tool for user consumption. The account and all associated data remain fully owned by the user.
Can I use my own phone number?
Yes, you can migrate your current WhatsApp number to the API or add a separate number for exclusive use with Wasapi and marketing operations.
Does Meta (Facebook) charge for sending messages?
Meta provides 1,000 free conversations per month. After using these, you must pay for each additional conversation.
Is there a mobile app available?
Yes, Wasapi offers a mobile app for both Android and iOS.
Who owns the information and contacts?
You own all content, data, and messages. Wasapi does not have permission to use your content or contact your users for any reason.
How long are the contracts?
There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can use Wasapi on a month-to-month basis and cancel at any time.
Can I continue using WhatsApp Business on my phone?
Once you migrate your number to the WhatsApp API, you cannot use the mobile app with that number. However, you can revert the number from the API to the mobile app if you change your mind.
How do I cancel if I don't like Wasapi?
Simply log into your Wasapi account, go to the subscription page, and cancel your active plan.
