Will my pictures be visible to others?
No, your photos are private unless you choose to share them. Picaii prioritizes privacy and secures all user images.
Can I use my AI-generated photos elsewhere?
Yes, you own the rights to the images created by Picaii. You can use them as you wish, in compliance with the platform's terms and conditions.
Is the payment process safe?
Yes, Picaii uses Stripe, a secure and trusted payment gateway, to protect your payment information.
How are my photos being handled?
Your photos are securely stored on AWS S3, using pre-signed URLs to prevent unauthorized access. Picaii complies with GDPR and European data protection laws.
Is it possible to receive a refund?
Refunds are available if the image generation process has not started. Once the process begins, refunds cannot be issued. Please refer to the refund policy for more details.
Are minors allowed on the platform?
No, uploading images of minors is prohibited. Picaii supports legal adults (18+) for whom you own the rights.
