Which PDF formats does Lóre AI support?
Lóre AI processes native (text-based), scanned (image-based), and hybrid PDFs—including those with layered text, embedded fonts, and mixed-language content. Password-protected files require decryption before upload.
Can it handle password-protected or encrypted PDFs?
No—Lóre AI does not process encrypted or DRM-protected PDFs for security and compliance reasons. Please remove passwords or restrictions prior to uploading.
How secure is my document during processing?
All documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Files are automatically deleted from servers within 24 hours unless retained in your account history. Lóre AI is GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 Type II audited.
What’s included in the Pro plan vs. Free tier?
The Free tier includes 3 conversions/month (max 5 MB each) with basic translation. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited conversions, 40 MB file support, priority AI processing, batch mode, API access, and early access to new language models and layout engines.
