What is KWatch.io?
KWatch.io allows you to specify keywords to track on social media platforms (Reddit, Twitter, Hacker News, etc.), and provides instant alerts via email or API webhook. Posts and comments detected are analyzed by an AI for sentiment analysis.
How to use KWatch.io?
Simply define the keywords you want to monitor on Reddit, Twitter, and Hacker News. You will receive real-time alerts via email or API webhook upon detection. The AI will analyze the surrounding context of the keyword.
Can I stop my paid subscription anytime?
Yes, subscriptions are prorated, allowing you to cancel anytime. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, a discount will be applied to your next invoice.
Do you monitor LinkedIn?
Not currently. If you want LinkedIn monitoring, please let us know via email!
Do you monitor Facebook?
Not yet. If you would like Facebook to be supported, please email us!
Do you monitor Twitter?
Yes, but since Twitter's API is a paid service, this feature is available only on paid plans.
Do you monitor keywords in real time?
Yes
How will you inform me when you detect a keyword?
You will receive an email notification. You can also set up an API webhook for automatic integration into your system.
Can I send the alerts to several people?
Yes, you need to create a team and invite members to it to share alerts.
What kind of AI analysis do you perform?
Our AI analyzes the sentiment of the detected keywords, helping you understand public perception about you, your brand, or your products.
