How does Intellecs.AI work?
Upload your PDF file and ask your question. Intellecs.AI will locate the answer for you with cited sources.
What kind of files can I upload?
Currently, Intellecs.AI only supports PDF files, but additional file types will be supported in future updates.
What kind of questions can I ask?
You can ask any question related to the contents of the PDF. Note that Intellecs.AI is designed specifically for PDF documents and is not a general search engine.
What if the AI couldn't find the answer to my question?
If the AI cannot find an answer, you can try rephrasing your question. If it still doesn't work, the answer may not be present in the PDF.
Do I need a credit/debit card to upgrade to premium?
No, you can also use GCash or Maya for payments, in addition to credit and debit cards.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
Intellecs.AI operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. After 30 days, you will be downgraded to the free plan automatically, but you can upgrade again at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Currently, refunds are not offered due to Intellecs.AI being a bootstrapped business.
What's the difference between the 4k context limit and the 16k context limit?
The 16k context limit in the premium plan allows the AI to have a deeper understanding of the PDF's context, resulting in more detailed and coherent responses.
