Currently, you can only query text-based PDFs. Image or printed PDFs are not supported at this time, but we're working on it.

Yes, your documents are securely stored on Amazon Web Services S3, which uses encrypted cloud storage for maximum security.
Can I delete my documents anytime?
Absolutely. You can manage your files in the "My Library" section and delete them whenever you wish, removing them from both our database and Amazon's servers.
How accurate is the AI in providing answers?

Typically, answers are delivered within seconds. However, high demand might cause occasional delays. Test it for free to see how it fits your needs.

Question limits vary by plan. Free accounts allow three questions. The starter plan includes 300 questions per month, the growth plan 500, and the advanced plan 2000. Usage resets monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can manage your subscription, including cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades, from your settings. You can also download your invoices.
Do you offer annual plans?
No, we only offer monthly plans. Pay as you go and cancel anytime.
